Adaptive modal

I think that hero ui v3 should have an optional adaptive modal which automatically changes the behavior on mobile/desktop devices. The main reason is that users on mobile devices do not respect standard web modals, usually expecting a bottom drawer which users keep interacting with using swipe gestures, for example, to close the window.

For now, in v2 we can do it by creating our own wrapper, but I think that it would be nice if this feature were supported natively in the library🤠
